Welcome to the TempSpace online application.

Please use this form to submit a request for TempSpace, temporary space award that cannot otherwise be accommodated by a unit's assigned space. Requests for permanent space assignments should be directed to Brian Roberts. Faculty or departments with research needs should consider applying for space under CoLA’s LabSpace Program.

Please detail the benefits and costs of the program to be housed in the space, why the space is required for the program to succeed, and why the departments involved are not able to house it in space already assigned.

Please provide the name and UT appointment title for the visitor or staff requiring the space.

Please describe the envisioned space, any sources of funding for renovation, furniture, and equipment. LAITS will provide cost estimates for renovation based on your description.

Please provide the time line (begin and end date) for your space needs. Requests should be made for the current visiting scholar, researcher, lecturer, or staff only. Permanent requests for space should be submitted to Brian Roberts separately from this application.
