Please complete the following form when you are ready to apply for the Graduate Portfolio Program in Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies. When you hit "SUBMIT" at the end of the survey, you should receive a copy of your submitted application responses. If you do not receive this email, your application may not have been submitted or there may be an error in the email you entered.
Upon submission, an additional email with your application responses will be sent to your home department graduate adviser and your CREEES portfolio supervisor, requesting approval for your participation in the portfolio program. Please be sure all email addresses included in this application are entered correctly.
